We will refund the full amount that you paid for your tickets, including the booking fee. Do I need to provide my vehicle registration when purchasing tickets?

Yes, you will need to enter your car registration on the ticket page. This is so we can minimise contact with our staff and your tickets will be check against your car reg plate on entry. If this needs to be changed at any point, please contact our customer service team by using the Contact Us page.


What's with the time slots on the tickets?

To minimise queues and help with the traffic flow we have split the tickets into 3 arrival time slots. First to arrive will start being parked from the front. Please do not arrive before your alloted time slot and note that late arrivals will be parked at the back.


Can I buy tickets on the door?

Tickets are available online only and we have an extremely limited number of tickets per show so we recommend purchasing your tickets while you still can.


What will be done to make this event safe?

Cars provide built-in social distancing and will be parked to allow plenty of space should you need to leave your vehicle to use the on-site facilites. Additional measures will also be put in place for a safe event experience, following all government guidelines. This includes our staff wearing PPE, Safely distanced toilets, hand sanitising stations and clearly marked queueing points outside toilets.

You will need to stay in your vehicle for the duration of the event, except when using the toilet facilities or in case of emergency.

How many people are allowed in my car?

For the best cinema experience we recommend 2 people per car. Our tickets are priced per vehichle so you are welcome to bring additional passengers, up to your vehicle's legal limit. However, depending on the shape and size of your car we can't guarantee the view from the back seats. 


How will we hear the show?

You will collect an audio receiver and high quality speaker for your car upon arrival. These are wireless and set up ready to go so there’s no fiddling around needed and you don't need to have your radio on draining your battery!
*You will need to return your equipment at the drop-off point on your way out.


Are large vehicles allowed?

Large cars such as SUV's and people carriers are allowed, but may be positioned towards the back to allow other customers better viewing. *Vans are not permitted.

Can I sit outside my car?

You will need to stay in your vehicle for the duration of the event, except when using the toilet facilities or in case of emergency.


Can I have my car windows open?

In the interest of safety we ask that only drivers side windows are opened. Please be mindful of others and only open the window as little as possible. 


Can I leave during the show?

Once you are parked up, you may only move your car in the event of an emergency. At the end of the event our stewards will let you know when its your row's turn to exit.


Food & Drink

To further avoid contact, no food and drink will be on-sale at the events. Bring your own only - don't forget the popcorn!


Are children allowed to attend?

Guests of any age can attend, however, the film certification always applies so please also make sure the film is suitable and of the correct certification. We reserve the rights to refuse entry to anyone who is under the certification age.


When can I arrive?

Please do not arrive any earlier than your allocated time slot.


Can I bring my dog?

Only service dogs are allowed at the screenings and must be kept in your vehicle at all times. No other dogs are allowed at any of our events. We apologise for any inconvenience.


Will there be toilets at the screenings?

Yes, all of our events have toilet facilities, including accessible facilities. Toilets will be spaced to allow for social distancing and will be cleaned regularily. The health and safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance to us and you can expect a clean and safe experience.


What do I do with my rubbish?

Please take all rubbish home with you. This will help to keep the event area clean and safe and allow us to operate with a minimal team with optimal social distancing.
